Rhonda Lugar
Rhonda has extensive experience in private industry as a CFO, is a CPA, and has been a consultant with SDL Consulting for 14 years. In addition to overseeing finance, human resources and IT areas at a large government contractor, Ms. Lugar is a firm believer in standards based accounting and systems practices and has assisted in ensuring companies' back office operations are ISO 9001 compliant.
During her tenure as CFO of C-CUBED Corporation, she led the transition to an ESOP owned company, the acquisition of multiple companies and sale of C-CUBED. She served as president of Computing Analysis Corporation, providing the IT infrastructure support for DARPA, prior to the company's sale to CACI.
As a Consultant, and part owner of SDL Consulting, Ms. Lugar has successfully implemented and transitioned several government contractors to the JAMIS accounting, contracts and human resources software platforms, using a model of implementation from the inside out to reduce the time to transition.
With a focus on processes and knowledge of the M&A marketplace, she has equipped several Government Contractors for the Sales side of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Stephanie Hores
Stephanie is a CPA with Masters and Bachelor degrees in accounting from Virginia Tech. In addition to systems integration and financial statement analysis, Stephanie focuses on policy adherence, data analysis and mining, and creating efficient and effective work processes. Prior to joining SDL Consulting, Stephanie was a senior auditor with KPMG where her clients included GSA, MicoStrategy and Unisys.
As a Partner and Managing Consultant with SDL, Stephanie has played the role of lead implementation consultant in many successful JAMIS implementations, and continues to provide ongoing consulting support. As part of her ongoing support, Stephanie specializes in developing complex cost allocations consistent with customers indirect rate structure, identifying and providing useful reporting for all levels of users, performing job cost data analysis and reconciliations, translating customer’s needs into system configuration decisions and providing collaborative contract analysis to aid in contract configuration and management with in JAMIS Prime. Stephanie also specializes in providing training in some of these complex areas and was able to showcase this skill as a presenter on allocations at the most recent JAMIS Summit in San Diego.
Stephanie's software expertise includes JAMIS Prime and JAMIS Classic, MS Office, Impromptu, Investran and QuickBooks.
Steve Lugar
Steve has built and managed technical organizations and programs spanning more than 30 years in the IT field, including 19 years with Software AG, where he directed the technical training and consulting organizations. As co-founder of SDL Consulting in 2000, Steve used this experience to improve the technical infrastructures and implement complex systems for the organizations with which he worked. Most notably Steve helped CatManDo of Tampa, FL manage the explosive growth that this independent claims adjusting firm experienced through the many hurricanes of 2004-2005 and then helped build and manage their back office for over 10 years.
Clarissa Ward
Clarissa has specialized in government contractor accounting throughout her career. She has a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and has been implementing JAMIS with SDL since 2013. As Director of Integrations for SDL, Clarissa has greatly expanded the JAMIS ERP functionality through integrations with Velixo, GovConPay, PayChex, ADP, Maximo, Concur and many other 3rd party software products. Clarissa keeps SDL's knowledge relevant and incorporates the ever changing new technologies.
Esther Pak
Esther is an experienced CPA with a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. She thrives on complex JAMIS reporting and functional use challenges. Esther manages the SDL JAMIS Box to maintain and incorporate continuous improvement.
Catherine Odom
As a government contractor, Catherine brings to SDL her hands-on Department of Transportation and Job Cost Management experience. She has managed large DOT projects, bringing them in on-time and on budget, with a focus on close customer interface, project scheduling, material purchase coordination and 3rd party vendor management.
Donna Wood
Donna has over 25 years accounting experience, most on the JAMIS software product. She brings experience from both the client side (managing large DoD Contracts and Accounting organization) and consulting side. She has implemented complex multi-branch companies on JAMIS Prime. Donna holds a BS in Accounting from Georgian Court College.
Michelle Hartline
Michelle brings over 20 years of accounting knowledge to the team. As Director of Accounting Services she brings efficiency and best practices gained from her experience running the accounting department for a DoD government contractor. Michelle has a BS degree in accounting from Ball State University.
Susan Wills
Susan was originally introduced to the JAMIS Classic software product while serving as the Manager of Finance for a mid-sized government contractor in San Diego. She has worked for the JAMIS Software Corporation and several JAMIS clients, and has many years of experience in implementing, consulting, project management, process improvement and end user education with both JAMIS Classic and JAMIS Prime.
Susan has an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.
Nancy Kenney
Nancy is a CPA with over 30 years’ experience. She is a Subject Matter Expert in Non-Profit accounting and an Adjunct accounting professor, and brings hands-on experience as a JAMIS user and conversion lead. Nancy holds a BS from Cornell University and MS in Accounting from Pace University. As a change improvement leader, she holds a Six-Sigma Black Belt.
