The SDL Team is here to support you! Use one of the following methods to submit your JAMIS Prime or Acumatica support case. For each case, please remember to include the name of the company, your database URL and tenant, and remember full screen shots are always helpful.

- Submit a case on our SDL Support Portal
You will be assigned a case and receive support in accordance with your SLA.
